Order Processing 

Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of purchase. 

Shipping Cost  & Destinations 

We currently ship to most locations worldwide and provide free shipping on all orders.   

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking 

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it's been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

U.S: 5-12 business days

Rest of the world: 5-15 business days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
