Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days, sometimes sooner. You'll receive an email when your order has been shipped, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

If you still can't find this email, contact us and we'll provide you with real time information as to whether your order has been dispatched or not.

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are sometimes shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items together... they will get to you!
