Refund policy

At Catnip Crazed, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy is designed to be hassle-free, and if you ever encounter any issues, our dedicated customer service team is here to ensure everything is resolved smoothly.

We accept returns for up to 15 days from purchase, providing it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a return request immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cat trees and cat beds (for hygienic reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
